As a California respiratory care practitioner, applicant for licensure, or petitioner for reinstatement, you are required to successfully complete a course in law and professional ethics. This course will meet the Respiratory Care Board’s law and professional ethics course requirements. Please begin by registering for this on-line course. A Brief Outline of What to Expect...
Register. You will register for this course. Begin by selecting the option above.
Read your email. Once you have registered and paid your fee, you will be sent an email providing you with a link to the online course. Your login and password are also noted on this email.
Take the course. You can enter the course area here or use the link noted on your email.
Take the exam. At the completion of the course, you will be given a link to an examination. You will need your login and password to enter the examination area. You will have two chances to pass the exam.
Upon successful passing, you may print a certificate that will be accepted by the Respiratory Care Board of California.If you do not pass after two attempts and still wish to take this course, you will need to register and pay again.
