I am an AARC member, but my order does not display the member discounted price.

To receive the member price, you must login with your member number. Click on the Login tab at the top right of the screen to enter your member number and password. Once you have done this, the prices of any products already in your shopping cart should adjust.

What credit cards are accepted in the AARC Respiratory Catalog?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®.

Can I pay through the online store with a check or money order?

Online orders require a credit card. Orders paid with a check or money order are welcome, however. See 4 Ways to Order.

My hospital requires a purchase order?  Are they accepted?

I need my order right away.  Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do. However, express shipping is not an option through the online store. Contact Customer Service at 972-243-2272 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Central Time, for assistance in placing a rush order.  See more information in Shipping/Handling.

What is your return policy?

Orders must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. When you receive your order, please check it immediately. The full return policy and instructions are printed on the back on the packing slip that comes with your order. If there is a problem, contact Customer Service at 972-243-2272. 

I received the AARC Respiratory Catalog through the mail.  Are the products the same in the online store?

The AARC Respiratory Catalog is the same store whether you are shopping online, through the printed catalog, or from an advertisement. Not everything is in the printed catalog, though, so you may want to browse the online store for additional products. Order online or choose another method. See 4 Ways to Order.

What is the best way to find educational products on a particular topic?

Use the Search box at the top of the screen. Enter a word that is specific to your topic and click GO. The titles and descriptions of every product in the online store will be searched and a complete list of items that match will be displayed.

We are celebrating Respiratory Care Week.  When is the best time to order?

Respiratory Care Week is always the last full week (Sunday through Saturday) in October. To ensure best selection of products and keep your shipping charges to a minimum, order by September 1. To ensure that your order can be delivered before RC Week, order by October 1. After October 1, express shipping may be required for the order to arrive in time for RC Week. While we make every effort to have plenty of stock on hand through October, some products do sell out early.
